Refund Policy

Overview

Usha Platform mediates bookings between customers, creators and organisers. When a paid booking is cancelled you get a full refund to the card used for payment.

Cancellation

• Before the cancellation deadline: You can cancel yourself until the cancellation deadline set by the creator or organiser. It is shown on the page before you buy. If no deadline is set you can cancel until start. The creator or organiser can always cancel. Payment is refunded in full.
• After the cancellation deadline: After the deadline you can't cancel yourself. Contact the creator or organiser. If they cancel, payment is refunded in full. A pass that has been used can only be cancelled by the seller.
• Completed booking (status: completed): The booking cannot be cancelled via the platform. Contact the other party directly or support@usha.se for a manual review.

Specific to dance packages (taxi dancers)

A dance package is a prepaid product with a specific number of dances that are redeemed gradually at events. Once one or more dances have been redeemed, the package is considered partially consumed. The package can only be refunded in full if no dances have yet been redeemed. In the case of partial consumption, contact support for assessment.

Specific to B2B event bookings

A request without approval can be withdrawn at no cost. Once the taxi dancer has accepted the request and the organizer has paid, the standard policy above applies: a full refund upon cancellation before the event is completed.

Refund timeline

Refunds are initiated immediately via Stripe when the booking is cancelled. The amount normally appears on your card within 5–10 banking days depending on your bank and card issuer.

Disputes and support

In the event of a disagreement between customer and creator/organizer, or if a refund has not arrived after 10 banking days, email support@usha.se with the booking ID and a brief description. We mediate and investigate.

Platform fee

Upon a refund, the entire amount is refunded to the customer. The commission Usha Platform charged from the creator is also returned, so no party bears the cost of a proper cancellation. Cases where fraud or abuse is suspected are investigated separately.
